Call before anything is priced.

You do not need finished drawings to call. Most of the projects on our project gallery started with a conversation, not a set of plans. Three things speed that conversation up:

• What you are trying to build

  A new building, an addition, a remodel of space someone else already built, or a facility you would rather lease than own. Whatever kind of building it is, tell us what it needs to do.

• Roughly where

  A parcel already under contract, a general area you are searching in, or an existing address that needs work. We build across Norman and the Oklahoma City metro, with completed projects reaching Moore, Newcastle, Noble, Dibble, Mustang, Kingfisher, Pauls Valley and Warner.

• Your timeline, and drawings if you have them

  A hard date such as a school year, a lease expiration or a board deadline changes how a project gets sequenced. If an architect or engineer has already drawn anything, bring it. If nothing is drawn yet, that is normal too, our pre-construction work exists for exactly that stage.
