The record
50+ Years of Building. One Reputation to Protect.
Forty-four named projects, in five sectors, going back to the firm that became Geddes-Armstrong Construction. Every name below is a real building with a real owner: a superintendent, a police chief, a bank, a congregation. None of them are press releases. Most of them are still occupied and running exactly as intended.
The people who signed off on these jobs put it in writing afterward, too. Read what they said on the reviews page, or call the office about a project of your own.

Chapter 01 . Schools and higher education
Districts and campuses across central Oklahoma, on academic calendars that do not move.
John W. Rex Elementary sits on a downtown Oklahoma City corner and opened on the school calendar it was promised on. It is the largest single job in this sector and the one the firm points to first when a district asks for a reference.

Chapter 02 . Civic and public safety
Buildings that have to work on the worst day anyone has.
Two Norman fire stations, a university police headquarters, and a municipal natatorium share one requirement: they cannot slip. A crew that is late to a fire station opening is a different kind of problem than a crew that is late to an office remodel.

Chapter 03 . Financial
8
Banking and financial buildings on the published roster.
Vaults, drive-throughs and secure branch fit-out.
Bank work carries its own discipline: cash-handling areas, vault construction, drive-through lanes and secure back-of-house all built to a schedule set by an operations officer, not a general contractor. Four First American branches and three other banking clients came back for more than one job.

Chapter 04 . Office, industrial and retail

Chapter 05 . Churches and community
Sanctuaries, parish halls and multipurpose space.
A sanctuary and a parish hall get built once in a generation for most congregations. The building committee that signs off on it usually has never done this before, which is exactly why a contractor who has done it four times is worth having in the room.
- New Life
- Bridgeview UMC
- St Johns Episcopal
- Holy Trinity Parish Hall

After the building opens
Eight of these owners put their recommendation in writing.
Superintendents, architects and engineers who worked the job describe what it was actually like to hand a project to Geddes-Armstrong Construction.
